OUR MISSION
To help your body get to where it should be through massage therapy and targeted exercises
THE BE ACTIVE PLAN
STEP ONE. STEP TWO.
Our first step, is to provide an initial consultation where we will discuss what your current complaints are, in addition to what your current lifestyle, work, and fitness goals are.

That way, we can provide a personalised treatment plan for you with the aim of helping you achieve any soft tissue rehabilitation, recovery, or maintenance goals.

The second step can typically include treatment to provide some immediate relief, along with recommendations for self care in-between treatments (if required), and a plan for how we intend to improve that area using one or more therapeutic techniques - deep tissue, relaxation, or neuromuscular massage techniques, etc.
